Harriette Cole is a life stylist, entrepreneur, and nationally syndicated advice columnist of Sense & Sensitivity.  She is also a contributor to NBC's Today Show.  Hariette is a best-selling author and has written five books including "Jumping the Broom: The African American Wedding Planner" and her most recent book, How to Be, A Guide To Contemporary Living For African Americans. A highly regarded media expert, she has offered media training, leadership training, and etiquette training classes for more than 20 years. Her clients lists include Sony, Universal Motown, DefJam Records, Thurgood Marshall Academy, Cornell University and Lockheed Martin.


Hariette is a 1983 graduate of Howard University where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. A Baltimore, Maryland native, she now lives in New York with her husband, George Chinsee and daughter, Carrie Emmanuelle.
