Cheryl Wood is on a mission to empower and equip individuals with the tools needed to discover or rediscover their passion, step into their purpose, and align their lives according to the things that will make them feel most fulfilled. Cheryl believes that every person should live the life they deserve and desire. As an Author, Speaker, Facilitator, and Coach, she possesses an innate ability to empower individuals to take their dreams off the shelf and start living their dreams. Cheryl has a passion, exhilaration, and enthusiasm for creating empowerment that leads to transformation. She is committed to helping individuals, with a primary focus on women and moms, to overcome their fears, dismiss all doubts, and live up to their fullest potential.


With the release of her new book, “How I Flatlined and Woke Up in 45 Days: A Guide to Empowered Living”, Cheryl is touring the United States to implore individuals to live their lives with boldness, courage, and commitment to achieving their dreams. She is an advocate for small-owned and women- owned businesses and encourages women to consider entrepreneurship to attain the independence and freedom that many desire.

Cheryl is the Host of Living Outside the Box Blogtalk Radio Show and Co-Host of the Balanced W.O.M.E.N. Segment on WEAA 88.9FM. She has also made guest appearances on radio stations including Radio One stations, Pacifica Radio, and im4Radio. Cheryl has collaborated with the Small Business Administration, Morgan State University, International Mystery Shoppers Coalition, Girl Scouts of America, Girl Power Project, Pink Lipstick Women Empowered, and other organizations to facilitate numerous entrepreneurial workshops for young girls and women. Cheryl remains passionate about empowering and equipping women to create positive, uplifting life experiences and transformation for themselves.
